Refund not received

I brought a Violin though ebay (PaisaPay ID : 28743004733) and since its a damaged product I claim for replacement or returning my money back (eGuarantee Claim # 46889 (KMM49208136V51429L0KM)). I was asked to send back the goods on Tue, Apr 19, 2011 at 12:53 PM and I send the details at Fri, Apr 22, 2011 at 11:39 AM, which is less than 72hrs (time provided for me to send the details) since I got the mail to send the items back. But since then I'm in trouble. Even after sending a mail to check the status, nobody respond back to me. When I check with your online chat system, I was told that the claim is closed. Now who will tell me how to escalate this issue?
