Greeting for the day
i had ordered an i phone 6 -64 GB after watching the ad on ebay which shows brand new imported i phone .i immidiately ordered the phone . but after making the order the email i recieved said that the phone is not new and the box is opened.i cancelled the order within 15 minutes of order and refund also got processed the very other . i order the phone on 6th may and refund was made on 7th may (i have email) but my credit card has still not been credited with the same amount. every time i am caling you customer support they are saying that the concern has been forwarded to backend team and they are working on it.
