Sir, I ordered a wd elements 2 Tb my passport ultra external hard disk from eBay.I cancelled the order and claim for the refund on eBay. The claim id is 1865244. After that I received a call from eBay customer service and they confirmed my request for refund. They also said to me that if you will not receive the product, the refund will be initiate automatically. After that I did not receive the product as they say so. The product returned back to seller. But till now I did not receive any refund. I called eBay customer service centre many times during last 2 months, but they just give me false promise. They told me that the claim will reopend, I will get a claim reopening mail. But till now I did not receive any mail. It is like a false promises from eBay to fool the customer. Sir I am totally disappointed from eBay. Please solve the problem immediately. I appreciate your help and support.
