My name is Rahul Ganatra, my cliam id is 1437010, in refence tot duplicate power bank of MI, my claim has been approve on 18th January for the same and got the assurance that amount will be credited within next eight days, but till date nothing has been credited to my account, i have done so much follow up with customer support team, every time i getting the same answer that it was on hold, but when i informed them regarding it's approval on 18th Jan itself, they promise me that it will be created in next 7 days, it has happend for more then 10 times, i got the so many false commitment regarding my payment but till date nothing has been credited, this is so very unprofessional, when to ask for assistance of senior people on the said matter or you ask to pass a call to senior person, the responce is always rude and negative, it is very disappointing to see such a behaviour from ebay to it's regular customers, honestly after this experience, i will stopped dealing with them.
I am seeking for clarity on the said matter on urgent basis.
