I order a product on 30th Jan which is suppose to be delivered by 8th Feb'2016. Today it is 26th Feb and I still get nothing. Neither a product nor a Refund. I Tried to contact ebay several time bt every time I call they just give me false commitment of 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, etc. Never did I was contacted by EBay by themselves. It is kind of a fraud running by Ebay. Ebay need to learn the importance of customer from other online shopping companies. I suggest all not to purchase products from EBay & specially not when COD options are not available. You can use other online shopping sites for better results and value of your money. I m now tired up with this and going to file a complaint against EBay. I suggest everyone whoever are being cheated by Ebay to file a complaint and fight for your consumer rights.
