This is my first order through Ebay, and I have never regretted any online purchases but this.I have heard so many people having the same issue. Every time I call the customer service, they promise to pay it in another 8 business days. And this is been going in and on for two months now. It's been a real headache to follow up with the account every time to check for the refund. The customer service is so pathetic, that they dont even value the claim or the issues. This is my first and final product purchase through ebay.
