last one month I am trying to know my refund claim status .
when i was call in customer care they was answered me sir please wait 72 hours after 72 hours you will get update regarding your refund claim.
this exercise i was doing last 1 month but nobody give me a correct answer for my refund claim and they are tell me we are not authorised for give it to surety
they are tell me we are not sure about how much time to take this.
please checked my last one month calling convention in your inbound department
