Dear Team,
I bought HTC one M8 on ebay thinking you will provide genuine products, however, I got an old phone with scratches on camera lens instead of new mobile as mentioned by you. I raised a concern on 30th April for the refund and sent pictures of the mobile phone as instructed.
I got a call after 2 days regarding the same and wherein the customer service executive apologized for the inconvenience caused and promised process the refund immediately.
Later I didn't receive any information and whenever I contact customer support the say that the seller is not responding to their call and they will get back to me.
Every time I contact customer support the wait time is more than 60 minutes and I am already on the call for more than 1 hour now.
Request you to provide me a solution and I promise that I will not dare anytime buy a product from ebay in future.
