Refund Claim id

I ordered the product "AUXUS OCTA CORE ONE" on 15th Dec 2014 and the delivery date mentioned was "19th Dec" while ordering.

On confirming with the seller on 19th i was informed that product would be shipped only on 29th Dec 2014 , Due to the delay and incorrect information updated in ebay webpage and by the seller i decided to cancel the shipment and apply for refund claim.

I applied for refund claim on 29th Dec 2014 , From then to till date its 10th jan now,. i have called 9-10 times to ebay customer care voice team and 2 times with the chat team and i had sent 7-8 mails to insellerverification@ebay.com and to the ebay grievance officer email id thrice today.

No one resolved my issue till now.

On jan 9th noon i spoke to a supervisor name sumeeth who promised me to transfer to senior manager but kept me on mute for 30mins and disconnected the call.

The product was delivered to my address on 9th Jan noon during my absence , but the sms i received on 9th jan was stating that the product is shipped on 7th jan and will be delivered before 15th Jan.

 

Request the team to take the product from my home and refund my money rs.14391 back to my cc.
