Received product not working

Subject:- TOSHIBA Pendrive is not working properly .return it and refund my money.

On 25th February 2017 i am order for TOSHIBA HAYABUSA 16 GB Pendrive combo from Ebay. in . On rupees 675 on COD.

Today at the evening i m receive eBay.in courier.
Its my very bad experience with your company. In this courier one Pendrive is not working properly . Its does not spot in any computer and not working.
I want to Return this Pendrive.
Kindly Return this Pendrive as soon possible and return my Money

I too had purchased a Mcafee antivirus through ebay.  But I could not install it so far.
