I had transferred Rs 2993.00 for a GOOD ONE SHINE mobile on 14/06/2016 to the ebay.in & accordingly they received the money & assured through mobile message that they would send the goods between 17-20 jun 2016. again on 17-06-2016 they messaged me that they will send me the shipping details. but on jun 25 2016 they informed me that refund request is accepted even though i did not ask for refund. anyway till date i have not received my money. i think they are willingly doing the same with all others. if i dont receive the money within seven days from today than i will complain it to the central govt.
