RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT/ EBAYAND SELER REFUSED TO SERVICE/REPLACE OR REFUND

I AM PAUL JACOB ERALIL, USER OF EBAY FOR LONG TIME LAST WEEK I HAVE FACED A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE EBAY. I HAVE BOUGHT THE WYBOR W22-DAS-55CM LED TELEVISION FROM ONLINE STORE THROUGH EBAY ON 10TH JANUARY 2016. ON 16/01/2016 AFTERNOON, I HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM THROUGH DTDC COURIER SERVICE. BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT. WHEN I PLUG AND PLAYED THE DEVICE, I NOTICED THAT THERE ARE CROSS BRIGHT LONG PATCHES ON THE LED PANEL. AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED PICTURES. AS SOON I NOTICED THE DEFECT, I TRIED TO CONTACT THE WYBOR CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTER . BUT, THERE WAS NO ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM. ALL THE MAILS WHICH I HAVE SENT TO THE SELLER BECAME FAILURE. ALSO THERE WAS NO ANY REPLY FOR THE MAILS WHICH I HAVE SENT TO SELLER THROUGH EBAY. FINALLY AT EVENING I SUCCEED TO REACH THE SELLER SERVICE CENTER THROUGH PHONE. BUT,THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INFORM ME THAT,"THEY CANNOT DO ANY SERVICE ON THIS TV,BECAUSE ITS LED PANEL DAMAGED.AND HE INSTRUCTED ME FOR RETURN AND REFUND. THIS SHOWS THE COMPLETE IRRESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER AS WELL AS EBAY. IT IS SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND THE QUALITY PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER,AND EBAY'S RESPONSIBILTY TO STAND IN BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER AND TO PROVIDE ALL THE HELPS TO BUYER ,IF SELLER IS NOT HELPING THE BUYER. NOW, THE SELLER IS NOT READY TO REPAIRE THE ITEM, AND EBAY IS NOT READY TO REPLACE OR REFUND.
