Myself, had ordered for a DVD on e-bay. The product was not delivered after 30 days. Then some lady in the customer care called me to tell that due to some fire in the warehouse my product was not delivered so will have to wait for a few days more to which I agreed. After about 45 days they called me to say that the product was no more available & i will have to claim the refund which I did. To my surprise my refund claim was rejected for the reason that the product was already delivered. After checking the AWB No. of Blue Dart I was shocked to see that the product which I had ordered in Mumbai was delivered in Yavatmal !!! & some one else had accepted it !!!! hence my claim was closed. After calling the customer care I was told to contact some Saurabh Shankar in Mumbai. This person is not answering the phone for last 7 days now. Inshort nor did I get the delivery, nor got my refund !!! What is the way out ? Do we go legal ? Pls write to me with your suggestions.
