I Purchased the 16 GB Sandisk Pen Drive for Rs.72 on 28th July 2015 using the "First Time Buyer" offer. I received an confirmation email for the order with paisapay id 39856763283. But the item has not been shipped yet at all until now. I tried to search for this paisa pay id using ebay guarantee link but it does not list the item. I feel cheated by the ebay and paisapay. I spent around 90 minutes to book this pendrive using this offer. The money has been debited from my account and received a confirmation email too. But the Product is not shipped after all these days.
