Product delivery regarding.

During last few days i buy 2 items. They were delivered through DTDC courier. When i received the items, i found that main packaging packets were already opened, while the items inside it were in good condition. At first site nobody will accept such tampered courier. Can you expain about it?

If the Items are all in good condition then its no big deal. Looks like your Item has gone through some sort of security check.

I dont think so that they will check the items. What were the items you had ordered? Something electronic they might check.

As mostly in dtdc if package is opened than nothing will be found inside.

delivery of open package cant be taken at any cost.

As a seller I badly experienced with DTDC because, they ask what is inside? If I tell electronic gadget,they look astonished and refuse to accept. In some times, I tell as some other say, madicine etc. after three days the buyer informs there is nothing inside the pocket but filled with papers. four or five time?Therefore I do not ship any item throu DTDC who have thief workers mostly?
