I called up the ebay helpdesk this afternoon. I had the following experience
The customer support executive could not provide a proper response
The customer support executive could not provide a resolution so i had to speak to a senior
I had to wait for more than 10 mins to speak to someone senior
Even the senior could not provide me a response (according to him, any conversation or refund initiation between seller and myself is not tracked on ebay, even when my conversations we sent through ebay inbox)
Overall very disapointing experience. I have purchased several items from ebay.in and ebay.com and i have serious doubts now making any transactions
