Hi Team,
I had a very awkward experience from ebay. I bought an item from ebay , trusted paisapay guarantee and paid money in advance and didnt recieve the item even after 2 months. They say that the item has been delivered to me and my claim has been rejected. I called up Customer service asking for a case ID and they reject everything. I am not allowed to ro sepak with Supervisor nor gave me a caseiID for escalating to officer. Very bad and irritating experience from helpdesk. they behave as if to a nuisance.
Please provide grivance officer mail id to escalate this.
