Payment made to eBay via HDFC netbanking but not reflecting in my account

Hello eBay team,

I made the payment of 703.58 rs on 20th Jan 2012 through the net banking option on eBay.

The amount has been deducted from my HDFC bank however it is still not reflecting in my account. I sent out multiple emails to resolve@ebay.com however there in no conclusion on this. I tried chatting option and was completely ignored and the chat session was abruptly ended by eBay customer support.

I am getting email from eBay collections for the payment which I have made long back. This is adding to complete frustration.

I am completely helpless here and need a quick solution on this problem.
