Dear Concerned,
We have ordered 64 KG Home Gym from Himachal pradesh but after making the whole payment , the seller sent a message that delivery is not possible at my location.
But this thing should be intimated before proceeding for payment, that the delivery is not possible at specific location.
And for collecting the product i have to give new address in chandigarh and have to spend another Rs. 2000/- to 3000/- more.
I have not expected this kind of service from EBAY and above all the customer support is not at all supportive Mr. Ayaz was saying ," you will contact with the seller" and not able to handle the queries in a calm & supportive manner.
Kindly do the needful.
