Mr nethani this is very bad experience from eBay which I am suffering.
In June I purchased coolpad note 5 from eBay.when I opened it was totally different from what I've been placed the order in grey colour.somewhat I managed with gold colour but after some time phone is hangs and network is drop dead then I reconfirm from other phone.
The sim is okay but issue with the phone which was manufactured defect.
When I applied for refund,customer service denied upfront and agreed with manufacturing defect.
If you people making us fool so then your company never been succeed.
Now I am going here and there for service centre.one day our money would pinch you.
We people managed to get the money to buy not for making malfunction which is done by eBay.
Seriously I am feeling very badly.
I will suggest other people not to buy from eBay.
Please help me out from under this situation
