This is the first time I have done a transaction with Ebay and honestly might be my last time.
I was in Bhopal for 15 days and wanted to get one headset which as per process i came to know would reach me within 7 days.
One tracking the order I came to know the following:
a) The good was shipped on 3rd day- exactly the due date.
b) On trying to contact the seller I found out that his number is continuously switched off.
c) I was moving out of Bhopal and hence I though of cancellation of order.
d) My claim order was archived since I was travelling and the claim deppt could reach me.
e) On speaking to call centre I found out that product would reach on 7 "working days" - sigh...what would I do to explain call centre that I had ordered since I was committed that it would reach within & days (inc. working days).
f) I cannot escalate the matter through CHAT or Greviance cell as by PaisaPay ID and Claim No both has been archived:: Hence I have no option but to bang my head against call centre only.
I am really at the verge of thinking that E-bay is a big scam and would never make any future purchase from here.
