Pathetic Refund Delay

I am really pissed with the refund process. The item I purchased : Claim ID: *** PaisaPay ID: *** Item number: *** Seller ID: ***  Date claim opened: 17-07-2014 I received an email from eBay on 25th Aug which said, refund will be made within 7-10 working days(i.e by 10th of Aug). So as it has passed the deadline, I tried to reach the customer care via chat and via phone. I was surprised as both of them gave me different statuses for my query. The chat agent gave me incomplete information and ended the chat in the middle(ID was Swetha G). And the phone agent wasn't sure of the details he was providing. I feel like being in the middle of nowhere with this refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP, else I will have to take the route of Law to get this process done. Such a thing was never expected from an organization like yours.

I called the customer care several times and everytime they assured me that refund will be done within a day.

 

The last person to assure me this was ***.

 

I have waited long enough for this refund.
