Pathetic Buying Experience with E-bay

Dear Team,

 

I am really sorry to say that I had really pathetic experience with ebay in my recent purchase. It is really strange to see that customer care making fool to customers by telling false information. They don't value customers patience and made all excuses to justify them. They are not ready to listen customers and try to hide their mistakes. They change their timelines based on their comforts level.

 

I couldn't believe that they don't have any control on their shipping logistics partner also. I couldn't believe that Fedex type of company are lacking from their services in regard to ebay product delivery. It clearly shows that they don't have any control on logistics partner. I am really disappointed with my recent purchase with ebay and decided that will never buy anything from ebay. I would to share this feedback to more open forum to safegaurd genuine customer from  this pathetic experience.
