Guys I tried to purchase a product on 26th of May 2015 using my canara bank debit card. An amount 3699 was deducted from my account and immediately I got a message that my payment was on hold and now I need to send the photograph of my debit card that I used for the transaction. I did the same thing on the same day. I waited for 24 hours didnt get any reply. Finally I thought to contact their customer care team. They asked me another 24 hrs to solve the issue. Next day again I called them same thing they repeated. Even one of their representaties made me to stand on phone for 20 minutes and she never came back. This happened to me two times. They just dont care guys. So now today is 4th of june they dont either confirm my product or initiate a refund. My brothers and sisters I have worked hard for my money. Let us join together against this big online frauds and bring this to the public.
