My account is on hold from last 20 days, I already sended all the documents 2times to the kyc team but still my account is not activated, Everyday i call there customer care and they are making fake promises like account will be activated in .24hrs or 48hrs and i am still waiting form last 20 days. Even i am not getting back any updates regarding this. What next steps i can follow when they are not responding?
