Dear Ebay Team,
The attached paisapay ID refers to a refurbished mobile purchase item. But the item wasn't in the prescribed condition hence i have raised a query with the seller. He gave the mobile number for contact but when i contact he wasn't picked the call.
After that, i emailed him for refund he now confirmed for claim.. but while applying the system shows error message "cannot apply any more claims, the caim date expired ".
