For the order dated 11-5-16, I received wrong item on 16-5-16. I raised claim with ebay on the same day ie 16-5-16, it took 23 days for ebay claim team to respond to me on dt 9-6-16 for sending the item back to seller. I promptly returned the item and seller received it on 12-6-16.. since then seller is awaiting instruction from ebay to ship replacement item but one week is going to lapse but to no avail.. despite so many messages and calls to cus care and seller, no confirmation has been given to seller till now to ship replacement item which is ready with the seller, who just needs ebay nod for shipping the replacement item... This is really very disappointing, it appears that insellerverification team has gone heywire and no one is there to monitor.. I don't know if anybody in ebay is there to see the mails and act promptly to resolve the issue...
