We just wanted to say that yesterday we got a customer who was not able to pay via PaisaPay Online through his Credit Card as he kept getting an error.
Today once again we got a call from 2 customers who were getting an error while trying to pay via Online Bank Transfer via HDFC Bank.
We request your team to look into this issue ASAP. One of the customers has already stated that they now dont want to carry out the transaction and they will buy from a retail store.
