I have ordered a product, (1 oz / 30 ml) LACTIC Acid 85% Skin Chemical Peel- Alpha Hydroxy (AHA) For Acne and its delivery date was 1 september. But I didnt received the product till now. The details you send to me is Courier Name: DTDC Airway Bill Number: N95396040. But Tracking is not possible with this no. Shows error. I even contacted DTDC, they also didnt received this product.
I ordered for a product in ebay and waited for more than 2 weeks. I was waiting for a product that you never shipped. So i asked for refund for my product and then waited again one more week for that. Now you are saying you kept my refund request on hold??? Whats wrong with you people?? Feeling disgusted. How many days it will take for refund? you said it will refund by 8th september now its 9th and you are not even giving reply. I have contacted you many times still not getting a response.
I made a great mistake shoping with ebay. You made me disappointed.
