What is SMIR: If your buyer has opened a claim, eBay will give you 4 calendar days to make it right before eBay steps in to resolve the matter. All you need to do is contact your buyer and commit on solution, which works for both the parties, and deliver on the commitment. That’s it!

It is important that you understand the changes in detail as it will affect your seller standards. To help you, we are giving you an opportunity to talk to the Leaders of the eBay Guarantee Team.

why not ebay guarantee team not see the term & condition are mention in seller listing before the final decision in SMIR,,without knowing the exact case claim adjustes take decision that's not good.
