Not selling the item after i have own it ..

I have own the item no 230223082552. Now the seller tells me he does not have this item to send me. Suggesting me to withdraw.

But at the same time, he has auctioned the same piece with a new item no (refer Item number: 230227954202).

when i asked him, he says, since the seller have to put atleast 50 items, he has just put it.

Is this fair? I thought ebay is reliable auction site.

Secondly, i am very hurt. And why should buyers waste time, on false auctions.

What is the way out?

Now the seller is asking me to take a 2 speed 1 belt massager for the same price where as i had bid & own for the 6 piece 2 belt machine.

I want the piece i own, and i have no issues paying.

First of all, he has bid without having the machine, i suppose !!

Now atleast he should be give a similar piece. How can i accept a low end model?

He is simply wasting everybody's time.. Please help me out.. I dont know where and whom to take it up.

Today, the seller is sending a response saying that i either take the low end model, else he would close the deal !

Such autocratic sales decision is allowed in e bay?

As a buyer i am jobless to win fake auctions and to be shutted out by the seller ?

Is anyone going to take up this case?
