Not resolved problem gets the resolved status

Reference to our claim.
 
We had ordered the mosquito net bed which is green color and with the zip on the head side. Someone from ebay called and confirmed the color and the specifications. But we have received some violet color with the zip on centre. The color is so cheap and the quality seems **bleep** the material does not seem cotton as mentioned. We are disappointed with your service verymuch. We raised a refund claim. And we wanted the arrangements that the courier people to come and collect the product from our placeto be done by eBay. 
 
We got a call from the seller and he agreed for the refund, but asked us to courier the product back to him. We did not accept for that. If we had the time to courier, we would have shopped it in a regular store and not opted for online purchase. 
 
And then we received a mail from eBay which stated that we should send the proof that we didn't receive the item as described at the time of purchase. We don't understand what kind of proof they need when the seller is ready to refund the amount. But we replied VIA MAIL that the seller is ready to refund the amount and just make the arrangements for us to get the item back from our place. 
 
And now we've received the mail that states our eBay Guarantee claim has been resolved.

So you are not accepting our mails as a communication? Is this the resolution you are providing to eBay customers. We feel like we are cheated.
In eBay claims terms, they state that if we want they could make arrangements to send the item back. But in our claim, they did not even aware of our claim status. 
 
We are happy that this is our first and LAST purchase thro' eBay.
