Not able to redeem Diwali gift

I purchased from ebay for an amount of 18000/-
Today when I tried redeeming the gift, the website is throwing some weird error. Does anyone else facing the same issue ?

Same here. I will not trust another eBay offer in future. Didn't even recieve the Ganesh Chaturthi gift yet.

The Diwali gift scheme was poorly managed. The instructions were not clear and Icould not avail of this offer. Moreover the customer service offered no help at all.
Ebay needs to much better job of providing step by step instructions via links on the payment page. It seems like they want to avaoid people from availing these offers - then why launch these schemes at all?

I am also getting this authentication error again and again. I have sent e-mail to e-bay customer service but no action yet. Please post if somebody receives a solution from ebay.
