Not able to Place order

Hi,

I have been trying to place an order for the past one week through Net Banking option [Indian Bank] But i am not able to successfully place the order. Now i have 3 failed orders with my money getting debited everytime! And there are no means to track the failed transaction too.. ebay has to take this seriously.. This is not definitely not customer friendly. I dont understand how an online portal this big could have such arresting issues and not being taken care of quickly. I want my money back & I have to place the order as i need the products as soon as possible. I have tried contacting them via phone (They NEVER pick the call.. i wonder how many customer care ppl they ve employed) & via Email (Dint reply back even after 3 days).
