Dear Sir,
I had lodged complaints against various items bought from Ebay on different occasions.
Details of all the three complaints were discussed with EBay customer care.
They were satisfied with genuineness of complaint and accordingly they offered coupons worth 110% of Item value.
They also said that details of these coupons will be sent on my registered e mail ID with in 7 to 10 business days.
I, however, am yet to receive these coupons against mentioned claim IDs despite having written earlier too. Surprisingly, in response to my complaint, the mail sent reads " Action : Buyer cancelled his claim request - Claim Closed"
Request to expedite resolution of matter by sending coupons as committed and " GENUINELY CLOSE MATTER "
