I have also facing same problem. i have purchase blakberry after 1 month i have getting problem in the handset. when i have given complete in ebay he reply call to seller. hence i have called to seller fist i have received responce after 7 days the saller not received my call and not ansering my mail.
how i can solve the problem
ebay customer care not helping me and seller not accepting my call
