Non Receipt of Item

I had purchased 2(two)Nos. of Item

1.YES COMPANY(JAPAN) 512MB SD CARD WITH WARRANTY (320015882886) of Rs. 849.00 on 17-Aug

2.NIKON COOLPIX S6 3xOPTICALZOOM,6MP CAMERA WI-FI CAPABLE (320015933404) of Rs. 15,499.00 -- 16-Aug

I have paid using PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID 17516135445)

But on 24/08/2006 the seller mailed me that he had no stock of Item No.2.After that I mailed him that please refund my money or send one another item
NIKON COOLPIX P3 3.5x OPTICALZOOM,8.2MP CAMERA+WARRANTY
Item number: 320018316599.
But no reply from the sellers end. Now what I have to do. Please advice.

This is very unfair on the part of the seller to list such an item for which no stock is available with him. Such a seller brings disrepute to the site. I suggest you to allow the seller some time, I hope he is trying to arrange another piece. If he does not respond within a reasonable period of time,you have to follow 'item not received' to get your money back from eBay. You may consider having a telephonnic talk with the seller.
