No trust in Ebay Guarentee.....Ebay is becoming fraud.....Better go in consumer court...........

I placed the order of Brand New Sony Xperia C3 Dual - 8GB|1GB RAM|13MP - Black Paisa Pay ID was 41732030697. The status of my order was "To be Shipped" as on 04-02-2016. I did check it 100 times on My Ebay and Paisa Pay Link. When i raised the claim of non-receipt of item, ebay shipped item showing back date. See the status:

The ebay was supposed to ship the item on or before 31-Jan-2016. Just to protect ebay, ebay  has done this.

Would you believe this has happened from ebay? Would any one believe that it takes six days to pick shipment once it is ready to ship. 

The status of my order was "To be Shipped" as on 04-02-2016. I did check it 100 times on My Ebay and Paisa Pay Link. The ebay was supposed to ship the item on or before 31-Jan-2016 as per ebay guarentee. 

I have screenshots of "To be Shipped" as on 04-02-2016 on "Bought with Paisa Pay" link. I am going in consumer court. See you ebay people there.

Ebay has broken trust of my years.

Also I received the email about my shipping only on 05-Feb-2016. Why the email was not send as on 31-Jan-2016 if it was really shipped on 31-Jan-2016. Note that ebay emails shipping details on the same day when it is shipped.

Recently I tracked the shipment on Blue Dart website. Here is the confirmation that item was shipped only on 05-Feb-2016. It was NOT shipped on 31-Jan-2016. This shipment tracking is taken as it is from blue dart website.

My claim has been rejected. The ebay did not meet the time line of shipping the item on or before 31-Jan-2016. They rejected the claim on the ground that the item will be delivered. What is the use of ebay guarentee?
