I had ordered a ST3000VN000 hard disk from seller on Jan 13, 2016 by paying Rs. 8837/-. I had sent several communications to the seller as well raised a claim to ebay Gurantee and I am not finding any response from ebay or seller. It was supposed to be delivered by Jan 20 and today it is Jan 25, 2016, still I dont find the shipping details itself from ebay. It is a total silence from ebay and the seller. Looks like ebay and seller combined is cheating customers. I need a proper response from ebay and/or seller regarding this.
