I raised an eBay claim for an item which was defective which was rejected because in the claim I mentioned item was not as described. So I called them back saying I made a mistake, please reopen the claim, they mentioned we usually do not reopen cases but we'll definitely help you by reopening the case and asked me to wait for 48 hours to get a call back. I called them back after 2 days, they said sorry sir it usually takes 72 hours, I got no calls, called them back after a day, they said sorry sir it usually takes 5 days, then I wanted for an entire week, called them back he said sorry sir, we'll call you back in 3 days. It's been 4 days and no follow up yet. That's a lot of follow up from my side. All the logs would be in eBay's record I guess.
