I have bought New phone through ebay, unfortunately the phone I received had following problems
1) While charging phone gives 220V shock.
2) Front glass not seated properly, one corner is sharply out
3) Android not configured properly
Hoping My PaisaPay Guarantee will help, i have initiated refund on 3rd June 2014.
Also I tried to contact and also chat with Ebay Customer support, waiting time for call is 20-30 minutes. Chat sessions start after 30-minutes and customer support representative ask for wait another 30 minutes and disconnects.

Please tell me how good is Ebay support when I have so much difficulty in contacting and what is the use of My Paypaisa Guarantee, when I don’t get any reply after 17 Days.
I hope some customer focused representative will seriously look into the case.
