I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase a laptop for which I received damaged item. The display of the laptop is not working. I had opened a case in EBAY claim refee rence number is 711157. I have called several time to the customer service toll free no. but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund. I am facing lot more inconvenience due to the same. I buy from Ebay, believing that, if something goes wrong, Ebay will be there to solve the issue. But my experience proved me wrong. I am very sad to inform you that, after my last experience, I would think twice, before buying something from Ebay.
