No refund information & terrible customer care

Hi Team,

 

 

I am frustated and exhausted with you guys i purchased Loreal shampoo and masque however first of all the item is not satisfied immidiately i made a complaint with the images of product since i am receiving again and again calls stating wait for next 48-hours for the updation, next day again the same statement you all idiots , fool and uneducated to understand if the customer is not happy with the product so just refund the money and take the fake product with.

 

 

I want this matter to be resolved ASAP or else it gona be a big challange for you guys.

 

I hope i will get the possitive response.
