Dear ebay team,
I had tried purchasing "Repairing Organix Awapuhi Shampoo" imported from USA on 25/11/2014 at around 9 AM for Rs. 2089.
For this the balance had been deducted from my bank account but NO ANY PURCHASE CONFIRMATION had been sent by ebay . I had paid through netbanking. ALSO no any intimation has been provided to me by ebay.
Moreover I have been trying to contact customer care but there is no response from there.
Request you to kindly solve the issue and please confirm the purchase asap.
