No RESOLUTION so far...Dissatisfaction with Ebay's Customer Service

I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay since last one week ..( 18th March onwards)

everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs..but never got any call/msg/mail.

Kindly note that payment made to eBay vide Bill Desk order #BPT23709225396.  failed due to missing transaction on 18 th march 9:35 AM -

Mode : PayTM Wallet -( PayTM cash transactionID:A81EB14E6925100A)

I'm so worried about my hard earned money. Pls help to resolve the case on priority basis. My registered phone no.is 9998972199. and mail ID is janak.shah@ril.com

 As per normal Ebay Policy - Refund in case of Missing Txn is made within 72 Hrs,...but in my case 7 Days passed..but resolution still not came.

For such a reputed Co. like Ebay..this not fair.....One will loose trust on Ebay...and never deal with Ebay in future.

This is a Question of Ebay`s CREDENTIAL ...!!

Pls reslove the matter on priority basis.

Paytm Cash Txn ID 29E97F320605DCCA

Ebay is giving craps of 72hours,48hours but resolution still not given.
I will escalate this issue to CONSUMER COURT if any action not taken by ebay
