Feedback is more important to a Seller than money.

Buyer does not know what to do with the item so he leaves a negative feedback and ebay says we are helpless !

You gave the buyer the refund also without any proof  (images) .

You people trust a buyer blindly and neglecting sellers !!

Ebay is a place where you can sell damage items and buyers have no right to claim for refund. Ebay team gives a good support by showing their T&C. So sell damage items which company is not willing to replace and recover your loss
