We have received a NEGATIVE feedback from a buyer
This buyer just was in contact with us till the purchase. After which he left a negative feedback and blackmailed to get extra product to remove it. We have sent the extra product twice but he keeps saying courier did not deliver it.
We reshipped the parcel via DTDC courier and it was delivered. But he still argued he did not receive it.

I would like to see eBay to take some necessary action to protect sellers from such Fraud Buyers.
