I ordered a mobile cover which has a description "Superior quality!! Free Shipping!! Original Photos!!". Upon delivery of the product I realized it was of bad quality and poor finishing. Hence I raised a claim and specified teh same reason but it was rejected saying ebay doesn't guarantee about quality. Then what is "ebay guarantee" about where you say 100% statisfaction or replacement/refund???
Also, this product is definitely not as per description i.e. "Superior quality" is missing. And on top of all that when i spoke to your customer service they didn't provide me the seller contact info. I should say your customer service is pathetic.
Can you just take back your product and refund my money.
