Need Transparency in Feedbacks - We Need to see DSR too for each feedback in the feedback page itself.

Dashboard is just showing total no. of or percentages details and it fails to show which buyer or which transaction got 1s or 2s.

When a Seller need to improve the ratings or work on the low DSRs, she need to know which buyer needs to be contacted to remove the feedback or leave followup feedback and then improve the ratings in future too by knowing which item is receiving low DSRs.

You all should understand that when 100 buyers left positive feedback and 10 left negatives or 5 left low DSRs how a seller will know which transaction got the low DSR and how seller can improve. If seller knows a particular transaction got negative or low DSR, she can remember what went wrong in that transaction and will not repeat again. Also, a buyer who got item in 2 days, still they feel its late delivery and leave negative or low DSRs!

Stress:
We need to know which specific transaction/feedback lowered our rating. This helps us understand why the buyer has given bad rating and we can make him happy. Also, we can learn from that buyer on how we can improve our service. Even we can work on getting feedback removed. For example, if buyer left low rating for INAD, we need to educate him about product or replace the product/refund him. Let us make buyer happy. And we can also improve our listing description. Apart from that if buyer itself is false and left negative/low rating intentionally, we can avoid such activity or ignore such feeds or even we can block.

please see below lines carefully once more and provide us needed information. If such feature is unavailable, its like there is no transparency on DSR's which eBay need to improve its service level to Sellers. This particular feature is very important when you are restricting your customer (Seller) based on some hidden details (DSR is not a true Detailed SR). See other portals where Seller can view what Rating was left by which buyer along with feedback note. We need to know which buyer or transaction or feedback has got low DSR so that we can work with buyer or it also lets us know how we can improve. ie; we need to be able to see the DSR for each feedback. ie; what stars were left under each feedback. Please don't guide us to your Account section DSR's page which don't provide above needed information. Rating count should be viewable in the Feedback left for Seller page itself just below every feedback note.
