I have purchased Dell Mouse. It is not working from beginning. I have asked to return this product but not accepted. I need to go to Dell Service center to claim for warranty. For that I need Purchase Invoice. I am not finding that invoice which was with the product. I didn't receive the invoice through e-mail also. I have asked seller to send me invoice, they are saying to send the product to this address:
"During warranty period you can send the product anytime to below mentioned address mentioning your paisa pay id for replacement.
I am from Kolkata. It is not possible to send that item without any cost. Dell service center is near my location. If I get purchase invoice I could visit there.
